★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not very big, but they do sell almost everything you may need for everyday's life. It's right on Hamamatsu station, so you can't possibly miss it if you travel by train

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategically located, of course. A lot of clothing and fashion shops, but mostly women's. I like the restaurants on 7th floor, where you can view the city of Hamamatsu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a high end department store. Just the typical one found in Japan. Lots of floors to cover. The underground level is all food. Worthwhile to take a look if you're looking for a bite.

Seeing as the station itself is quite small, you can expect that the mall wouldn't offer a wide array of shops.
(Luckily, adjacent is the more posh Entetsu Mall)
Convenient shops can be found in the mall. Goint to the south entrance there's a Bookstore, McDonald's, Tully's, Kyorindo Drugstore and a Shoppe that sells accessories, snood, bag etc. ?
Just upon exiting the Central exit on both Tokaido Line and Tokaido-Sanyo shinkansen line there will be Starbucks, Delifrance (bakery), Dotour and the typical Omiyage (souvenir) stores.
The mall also has a supermarket (Seijo Ishii) at the 1st floor basement next to a Kyorindo (yup, another drugstore) that offers a variety of international food items (tea, chocolate, cookies, chips etc)
