★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WEBで予約して行ったら「手違いで予約を見落としていた、今日はできないので再予約を取って帰れ」。誠意ある謝罪も何もなくカウンターに下がると他のスタッフの配置のやりくりをするでもなくその人はブラブラしていて、後から来た客も普通に通していました。異論を唱えると「何をして欲しいんですか？」と言われたので呆れてそのまま帰りました。後から本部にクレームを入れたらその人は店長だったとのこと。信じられない。時間と駐車場代を無駄にしました。もう二度と行きません。
