松風だけを作っているんですが、予約しないと買えないかもしれません。
味は他の店の松風と比べてドッシリとしていて、数個食べるとお腹がいっぱいになります。
 There is also a Japanese sweets shop near Daitokuji Temple in Kyoto, which is famous for its pine winds.
I only make Matsukaze, but I may not be able to buy it unless I make a reservation.
The taste is more savory than the Matsukaze of other restaurants, and eating a few will make you full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都で「松風」と言えば、こちらの「松屋常盤」・大徳寺近くの「松屋藤兵衛」・西本願寺前の「亀屋陸奥」でしょう。
こちらは、あっさり目のお味。
それぞれ好みで・・
ちゃんとした箱に入り包装されているので手土産にお勧めです。
確実に欲しい方は、予め電話で問い合わせなさるのが宜しいかと。
お店玄関前に1台分の駐車スペースがありますが、敷地と公道との段差が10cm程・・車種によっては車を傷めますので要注意。
大徳寺の松屋藤兵衛さんと混同している方が時々おられます。
箱に「紫野松風」とあるからか？

いい味わいの包みを開けると、ふわっと味噌の香りが広がります。かなりしっとりとしていて、甘さは案外強めです。味噌パンとカステラを足して二で割ったと言ったら雑ですが… 少しお腹が空いた時のおやつに良さそうです。

Opening the package of nice taste spreads the scent of miso fluffily. It is quite moist and sweetness is unexpectedly strong. It is complicated if you say that you added miso bread and sponge and divided by two ... It looks good for a snack when you hungry a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御所からすぐの老舗菓子屋さん、みそのお菓子はどんかお菓子かと知りたくて行きました。かなりの老舗で御所に持っていったときの木箱などありました。陳列などはなく、入り口でおかみさんが包装したお菓子を売ってくれます。実際にたべましたら、みその甘さ、下のお菓子がもちもちしたいにしえの味、なるほど。美味でした〜‼️ひとつの勉強ななりました‼️

年末年始に頂こうと買いに行きました。
スライド式のドアを開けると小上がりがあって、そこに松風が積み上げられています。
そこには誰もいないので店員さんを呼びます。
出ていらっしゃったのは小柄なおばあちゃん。
実は夏にも一度買いに来たことがあったんですが、覚えていてくれてました。
松風は味噌が入ったカステラのようなモノ。
味噌が入ってる分、生地が水分を含んでいてしっとりと言うかそれより水分を含んでいて、表現はよく無いかも知れないですが、どことなくベターとしたもの。
甘味と味噌の風味、塩味のバランスが良いですね。
京都伝統の和菓子。松風は他も頂きましたが、個人的にはココの松風が味のバランスが良くお気に入りです。
