今日カルビ焼肉丼と牛焼肉丼を妻が買って帰ってきたが蓋のシールに焼肉タレ1個と書いてあるにも関わらずタレが入ってない。
電話して確認すると勝手に自分で待ち帰るそうだ。
妻はそんなの聞いてないと言う。
仕方なく味気ない肉を食ったが、誰しもがセルフのシステムを知ってると思うのは大間違い。
それにタレ1個と商品に表示するのなら、店でパッキングするべき。
これからは駅反対側の松屋を利用します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレーを頼みました。コショーで辛さを出す事に意義はない。インド人も辛さはコショーだと言ってたし。ただ、結構辛いけどコショーの味しかしない。他のスパイスの気配が無い。まるでコショーを食ってるみたいだ。そしてサーブもサイアク。みそ汁が一番美味かった。

初めて入ったお店ですが、このタイプのお店は初めてですね。
まずは普通に食券購入しました。お店の中はカウンター席とテーブル席です。カウンター席はお客が向かい合う様になっていてその間に店員が食券を受け取りに来る通路がなくまるで食堂のようです。
良く分からなかったので厨房の受け口へ食券渡しに行っても店員は取りに来ません。「何でかな？」と思いながら壁を見るとこのお店のシステムが書いてありました。
「食券を買ってからは席でお待ちください」
「出来上がりましたら食券番号をお呼びします」
どうやら券売機と厨房は繋がっていてお客が食券を購入すると注文情報が届いて料理ができたら番号でお客に取りに来させるシステムのようです。
もちろん、松屋の全てのお店がこのシステムではなくほんの一部であることはわかります。
労働者人口が減り続けかつてのすき家のようなワンオペが当たり前になるかもしれない未来、このお店は将来を見据えたモデル店舗なのかも知れないなぁ…と思いながらチーズタッカルビ鍋を食べました。
あっ、チーズタッカルビ鍋にもお味噌汁が付くんだ！
This shop is located near the south exit bus rotary of Kamoi Station.
This is the first store I've entered, but this is the first time I've entered this type of store.
First of all, I bought a meal ticket normally. There are counter seats and table seats in the shop. The counter seats are designed so that customers face each other, and in the meantime there is no passage for the clerk to pick up the meal ticket, just like a dining room.
I didn't understand well, so even if I went to the kitchen reception to hand over the meal ticket, the clerk wouldn't come to pick it up. When I looked at the wall while thinking "Why?", The system of this shop was written.
"Please wait at your seat after buying a meal ticket"
"I will call you the meal ticket number when it is completed."
Apparently, the ticket vending machine and the kitchen are connected, and when the customer purchases a meal ticket, the order information arrives, and when the food is cooked, the customer is asked to pick it up by number.
Of course, you can see that all Matsuya stores are just a part of this system, not just one.
In the future, where the working population continues to decline and one operation like the old Sukiya may become commonplace, this store may be a model store with an eye on the future ... I ate Cheese Dak-galbi hot pot.
Oh, the miso soup is also attached to the cheese dak-galbi hot pot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝御飯をいただきました。朝定食がおいしいです。ウインナーWエッグ定食、ご飯大盛(小鉢はとろとろ)プラス納豆、豚汁に変更しました。
豚汁を松屋で久しぶりに食し思いました。豚汁の具、特に里芋がだんだん小さくなっています。最初は大きさに関係なく一個入っていましたが、半分になり、現在は1/3ないし1/4です。諸物価高騰で仕方ないが、ビックリしました。ただし、海苔が付いているのは偉いと思います。牛丼大手の某Yは朝定食から海苔を無くしましたから。
お店は新たに改装し、綺麗です。入口の右側に食券販売機があります。(多分、食券販売機で購入した時点で奥の調理場で調理を初めていますオンライン化されています。)カウンター席(長いです)とテーブル席があります。セルフサービスになり注文した食券のナンバー(画面表示されています)で呼ばれ、お店の一番奥へ受け取りに行きます。食べ終えた食器を、受け取りした所の左側の棚に置いてかえします。(紙コップなどのゴミをゴミ入れに捨て)
I had breakfast. Morning set meal is delicious. We changed to W dinner set meal, large rice (small bowl is taro taro) plus natto, pork miso soup.
I thought I had eaten pork soup at Matsuya after a long time. Pork soup ingredients, especially taro, are getting smaller and smaller. At first, it was one regardless of its size, but it is halved, and now it is 1/3 to 1/4. I can not help it by soaring prices, but I was surprised. However, I think that having seaweed is great. U-don, one of the major beef bowlers, has lost the nori from the morning set meal.
The store is newly renovated and is beautiful. There is a food ticket vending machine on the right side of the entrance. (Maybe, when you purchase with a ticket vending machine you are starting to cook in the back kitchen and it is online.) There are counter seats (long) and table seats. It becomes self-service and is called by the number (shown on the screen) of the ordered meal ticket, and it goes to the end of the shop to receive it. Place the dishes you finished eating on the left shelf of the place where you received them. (Discard paper cups and other trash in the trash can)

牛丼とかと比べると出てくるのは遅いけど、まあ許容範囲。
お店自体は食券買って、それが調理場へ情報行くようで、店員が注文を聞きに来ることはない。
食券の番号が呼ばれたら取りに行くシステム。
松屋は最近こういうシステム増えてきてるけど個人的にはありだと思う。
