★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は無く、どこの店舗と変わりません。入って左手に発券機がある。カウンター席が13席のみ。客層のほとんどが男性客。外国人の店員を積極的に採用しているが言葉が片言なので、日本人が上から目線で外国人店員を怒鳴りつけているのが痛々しい。それでも頑張ってこなしているのが良く分かる。水のおかわりは店員さんに頼む必要がある。テイクアウトももちろんでき、入って左奥にはトイレもある。駅前で重宝している。

We are actively hiring foreign clerk, but the language is simple, so it is painful that the Japanese yells at the foreign clerk from the top. I still understand that I'm doing my best. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 券売機型のお店です。駐車場はないので車で行く時は注意が必要です。頼んでから料理がくるまでが早かった(券売機からの注文から40秒ほど)ので急いで食事を済ませたい人や南越谷と新越谷を乗り換える人にはおおすめです。店内も綺麗で定員さんもしっかりとした接客で好印象でしたが、カウンターしかなく、アクリル板のようなものでガードはしているものの若干狭いので席を1人分開けるなどの対策をすればさらに良いかなと感じました。

It was quick to get the food after ordering (about 40 seconds from the order from the ticket vending machine), so it is recommended for those who want to finish the meal in a hurry or those who switch between Minamikoshigaya and Shin-Koshigaya. The inside of the store was beautiful and the capacity was good, but I was impressed with the customer service, but there is only a counter, and although it is guarded by something like an acrylic board, it is a little narrow, so if you take measures such as opening a seat for one person I felt it was even better.

食べたのは新商品の「牛と煮卵と豚角煮丼」野菜セット。
とても美味しかったです。また、お水のお替りも嫌がらずに冷えたお水を出してくれて、喉の乾きが癒やされました。

券売機が店舗の外にありますが、西日が射すとモニターがとても見づらいので改善してホシイです。

ニンニクがすごいです。コロナ禍でなければ、食べれないレベル。美味しく頂きましたが、カルビ焼肉よりもだいぶ値段が高いのが気になるところ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発券機が外ですが、画面が光って全然見えないです。14時ごろ行きましたが、西陽のせいなのか、身長が低くて見えずらいのか。。
商品を選ぶのも本当に大変なので、もう行かないかなと思います。
料理の美味しさと提供の速さは問題ないと思います。
店員さんはあまり感じは良くなかったです。
あと壁側のカウンターには、荷物置きがありません。真ん中のカウンターにはあったので、全ての席にちゃんと付いてたら良いのにと思いました。
