開けたら 何これと思い逆さまにしたら ミカンが敷き詰めてある?
そのままでシャーベットもよし、半解凍でもっちりして食べるのもよし。
葛だから カチカチにはなりません。
美味しかった！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄吹上駅から歩いて１０分弱ほどの場所にある和菓子屋さん、休日の午後に利用してみました。
店内にはおはぎやどら焼き、大福に最中といった定番の和菓子をはじめ、栗きんとんや水まんじゅう、くず餅アイスなど季節ものの和菓子も並んでいます。
その中から購入したのは栗わらびに栗きんとん、水ようかんの３点、栗わらびは柔らかくもちもちの生地の中にこしあんとともにスライスした栗も入っています。なめらかな口当たりと優しい甘さのこしあんと栗の風味が良く合いますね。
そして秋の和菓子の王様「栗きんとん」、甘さは控えめで栗の風味がしっかりと感じられますね、まさに秋の味覚の代表格、美味しくいただけました。
コチラのお店は自宅からも近い場所にあって個人的には使いやすいので、またお邪魔してみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
I used it on a holiday afternoon at a Japanese sweets shop located less than 10 minutes on foot from Fukiage Subway Station.
In the store, you can find classic Japanese sweets such as Ohagi, Dorayaki, and Monaka in Daifuku, as well as seasonal Japanese sweets such as Kuri-kinton, Mizumanju, and Kuzumochi ice cream.
I bought 3 items of chestnut bracken, chestnut kinton, and water yokan, and chestnut bracken is a soft and chewy dough that contains sliced chestnuts with red bean paste. The smooth texture and gentle sweetness of red bean paste and chestnut flavor go well together.
And "Kuri-kinton", the king of Japanese sweets in autumn, has a modest sweetness and you can feel the flavor of chestnuts firmly. It was truly a representative of the taste of autumn, and it was delicious.
The shop here is close to my home and it's easy to use personally, so I'd like to visit you again. Thank you for your feast.
