ベッドは一台ですが十分な空間があり、清潔でリラックスできました。先生も優しく話しやすい方だったので、こちらの思っていることもお伝えしやすかったです。
一度で回復…のような施術ではありませんが、慢性化している不調を取り除くべく丁寧に説明をしていただきました。ゆっくり通って少しずつ全身を良くしていきたい方へおすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 産後で骨盤が歪んでいる気がし、慣れない子育てで背中と肩に痛みがあったので、こちらの整体を受けてみることにしました。
施術後、肩や背中の痛みが嘘のように消え、骨盤調整でお尻のサイズも小さくなったのか、妊娠前に履いていたジーンズもすんなり履けるようになりました。
近いうちにまた伺おうと思いますので、その際はよろしくお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高校生の頃から腰痛持ちで、鍼を打ったりブロック注射を打ったり色々と試したのですが改善されず、うえはら整体院さんには藁にもすがる思いで伺いました。うえはら整体院さんは痛みの場所ではなく、痛みの原因を見つけ、そこにアプローチしていくという手法でした。私も股関節と頸椎に原因があるということで、腰の施術はほとんどありませんでした。
それなのに今までの痛みが嘘のように消え、身体が軽くなり、可動域も広がりました。
施術中にどんどん良くなっていくのがわかり、ずっとなんで？！と驚きでした。
たった1回の施術で感動するほど良くなったので、これから通院していくにつれて健康体になれると思うととても楽しみです。また、生活の中でできるアドバイスもいただきました。とてもわかりやすく、自分の身体のことも知ることができました。これからもお世話になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慢性的な倦怠感と肩凝り、腰痛、偏頭痛、更に胃腸の調子も悪くなり、他の整骨院や整体院にかかってました。何処も電気流したり、痛い所をマッサージしてその時は良いけど、直ぐに元通り、おまけに揉み返しが来る事の繰り返しでした。そんな折り、たまたま夜遅くまで開いているこちらを受診しました。今までの違いに驚きました。明らかに身体の調子が良くなりました。完調とは行きませんが、楽な状態が数日続きました。揉み返しも有りません(そもそも揉まない)。身体の調子を取り戻すには数カ月かかると思いますのでしばらく通い続けようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数か月前から股関節が痛み出し、加齢の症状かとごまかしていましたが、寝る時も痛みを感じるようになったので、口コミで評判の良いこちらの整体に訪問しました。
事前に丁寧なカウンセリングとその後に施術を通して、歪みやこわばりをほぐしていただきました。（骨盤を押されているとき以外は、ほぼ痛みなしでした。）
「今の身体の状態を知りたい（股関節が痛む原因が知りたい）」と希望を伝えていたところ、股関節でなく上半身に問題があり、自律神経のバランスも原因だと指摘されました。
全く予想していなかったのでビックリしましたが、心当たりのある事ばかりで、こちらを訪問してとても良かったと思います。
自分の身体の調子を知るために、今後も定期的にボディチェックやメンテナンスをお願いしたいと思います。
院内も清潔でコロナ対策もしっかりされています。

全身の状態も丁寧に診てくれて、体だけを動かす施術だけではなく、その時の私に合った、頭や内臓を整える事もしてくれて、その効果は的面で、来院した時と帰る時では明らかに違う事を実感出来ました。
施術時間内にしっかり効果が出るのを思うと、常に勉強熱心であり、質問への答えも的確なので、技術力や知識の高さがあるのをとても感じました。
又、自分の気付いていない悪い部分についても、しっかりと分かりやすく説明してくれるので、何が要因となって今の症状に繋がっているのかを知る事が出来ました。
その上で、私自身への課題は結構あるなぁと思いましたが^^;今後も通い続けたいと思える院なので、自分の体と向き合いながら、全身が整っていけたらなと思います。
