★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨夜薬を買いに行った時、同じ様な商品が並んでおり、どれにしようか悩んでいた時に、60才代くらいの男性薬剤師の方が、懇切丁寧にいろいろ教えてくれた。
商品の説明書を引っ張り出してきて、教えてくれて、終いにはその説明書もくれた。「これ読んだ方がいいですよ。簡単に書いてありますから」と。ニコニコしてて、人あたりも良い。
ドラッグストアで、こんなに親切な薬剤師さんにあたったのは初めての様な気がする。
やっぱり接客業の基本は『人』だよね。
その人が良かったら、また買いに来ようと思う。
また買いに行かせてもらいます。
