★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬剤師さん皆さんの対応が特に丁寧で安心できます！どの方が担当になってもらっても口調が優しく説明もわかりやすいです。お薬手帳に書いてある処方歴などもちゃんと目を通していて体調はどうか等声掛けをしてくれます。きちんと個々に患者さんと向き合っているという感じが伝わってきます。
薬局内で待つか電話連絡なのかなど受付前のタッチパネルで選択できるため便利です。操作に少し戸惑っていたらす受付の方がすぐ気付いて教えてくださいました。
専用のカードを持っていると設置されてる病院であればそのカードで簡単に処方箋をＦＡＸで送って貰え、事前に用意していてくれるので控えを渡すだけという形で無駄な時間を過ごすことなくスムーズに受け取ることが可能で便利です。いつも混んでいてかなり時間がかかりますが最近専用アプリ(お薬手帳マイアピス)をとるとスマホから処方箋を遅れるようになったようなのでありがたいです。
薬局内は広く清潔感もありとても良いです。
The pharmacist's response is particularly polite and reassuring! No matter who is in charge, the tone is gentle and the explanation is easy to understand. You can read the prescription history etc. written in the medicine notebook and ask if you are in good physical condition. You will feel that you are properly facing each patient.
It is convenient because you can select whether to wait in the pharmacy or call by phone on the touch panel before reception. If you were a little confused about the operation, the receptionist immediately noticed and told me.
If you have a hospital with a special card, you can easily send a prescription by fax with that card, and it will be prepared in advance so you don't have to waste time by just giving a copy. You can receive it smoothly and it is convenient. It's always crowded and it takes quite a while, but I'm grateful that recently I took a dedicated app (Medication Notebook My Apis) to delay prescription from my smartphone.
The inside of the pharmacy is spacious and clean, which is very good.
