工場、ラーメン屋、喫茶店、雑貨屋も併設しているのでゆっくりいられるところだ
少し歩いていけば小江戸通りに入るので観光にも行ける距離
市販の醤油や味噌は買わず、ここでお土産と一緒にお世話になってます
 Kawagoe is the only long-established store specializing in soy sauce that has been around since the Tenpo era, and the brewery and barrels still remain strong.
There is also a factory, a ramen shop, a coffee shop, and a general store, so you can relax.
If you walk a little, you will enter Little Edo Dori, so you can go sightseeing
I don't buy soy sauce or miso on the market, but I take care of them with souvenirs here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to bring visitors from overseas. The shop, workshop, shoyu factory and cafe are located down a paved alley that is used by the rickshaws. Its off the main street, so its a lot quieter than the main tourist strip.
In the shop you can see some typical Japanese products, out the back of the shop is where they make shoyu sauce. You can tour part of it FOR FREE! The free tours are only at certain times of the afternoon. There are 3 tours a day on Saturday afternoons.
