星1クイーンには来てほしくない店。

有名なチェーン店もそれなりに美味しいけど、
ここの店は材料が違う。
長崎ちゃんぽんに必須の、緑やピンクのはんぺんと、いかとエビのシーフードが入っている。
麺も本場と同じ、スープも豚肉と鶏ガラ、野菜がうまくミックスしたあっさり味です。
ちゃんぽん以外のメニューは食べた事がないから分かりませんが、本場のちゃんぽんを食べたいなら、ここへ行って下さい。

The materials here are different.
Nagasaki Champon contains green and pink rice cakes and squid shrimp seafood.
The noodles are the same as the authentic noodles, and the soup is a light mix of pork, chicken and vegetables.
I haven't eaten any menu other than Champon, so I don't know, but if you want to eat real Champon, go here.

あー、ちゃんぽん麺ってこんな感じだったなと思い起こさせる。最近はリンガーハットしか食ってないですが。
ちゃんぽんがメインだけど人気の品というわけではない模様、他の人は定食食べてました。
健康的なあっさり味、野菜多めなので罪悪感は低め。
