は	はるか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日初めて行きましたが、電話連絡した際には優しく丁寧に説明をして下さいました。担当して下さった男性の方も丁寧で、決して流れ作業では無く、こちらの気持ちに寄り添ってくれるような優しい雰囲気で、かわいがっていたハムスターとのお別れもしっかりできました。事務の女性の方も終始優しく、連れてきて良かったと思えましたよ。良くない評価もありますが、私はここの職員さんとこの施設に感謝の気持ちしかありません！ I went there for the first time today, but when I contacted him by phone, he kindly and politely explained to me. i	issei Kawamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台市は行政サービスでペットの火葬ならび遺骨返納をしてくれることはある種非常に良いサービスと感じます。問題は利用する側の方がしっかり理解しているかと言うことです。行政は市民の要望に応える形でこのような事をしておりますが弔いという感情は持っておりません。弔いの感情がないと云う事は火葬ではなく焼却作業で残った骨を壺に入れて返却してくれるサービスであることです。市民の方がこのような事を申しております「対応が素っ気ない」「親切心が無い」行政サービスですので当たり前です。弔いをしっかりされたい方は多少費用が掛かってもご自身で送り出しから遺骨上げまでしてあげて下さい。尚、民間でも当てにならないところがあります。特に埋葬施設を持たない移動火葬車は信用できませんので注意してください。残った遺骨をコンビニのゴミ箱に捨てるバカ者がおります。 Sendai City feels that it is a very good service to administer the cremation of pets and the return of the remains as an administrative service.
