施設は広く空気のいいところにあり、建物は小さいながらも外観、中共に白を基調にした感じでした。
多少老朽化が目立つ部分もありましたが、それを感じさせない風な清潔感がありました。
肝心の対応ですが、とても丁寧で落ち着いた口調で話してくれて、深入りしすぎない、遠すぎず近すぎずで私にとっては丁度いい距離感に感じました。
火葬から拾骨までの流れも丁寧でしっかりと愛猫をお見送りできました。
