11:30着。駐車場は砂利です。
入店すると、まずはコロナ対策。
綺麗なお店です。
お客様は４人ほど。
待ち時間無しでこあがり4人掛けテーブルに案内されました。
店員さんの応対が親切丁寧でした。
まずはメニューチェック。
お肉の仕入れの関係でミニはオーダー不可とのことで
「カツカレー」と「特性ソースカツ丼」
をオーダーしました。
待つこと20min弱、告知通りの時間で目の前に。
おー、おー、おー、これはデカい！！ 事前情報通りです。
さっそくいただきます。
まずはベジ1st、そして待望のカレーです。
辛さは万人向け対応で控えめですが、とにかく豚カツが大きい。
一切れを一口で食べられないほどです。
これがカレーと絡んで美味しいです。
ご飯は少なめ(?)ですが、お替わりお出来るようです。
そして、
我が大蔵省様が食べきれるはずもなく、特製ソースカツ丼をお裾分けでいただきました。
うっまーい！
豚カツはカツカレー用よいも一回り大きいし、
人生最大のカツ断層、そして、めちゃくちゃ柔らかい。
ちょっとソースが少ないですが、
ご飯との相性ばっちりです。
最後に
セルフサービスのコーヒーをいただいて
完食です。
このボリュームでこの価格設定。驚きですね。
あー、おなか一杯、食べすぎました(笑)。
大・大・大満足です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末最後の贅沢をさせていただきました。やっぱりここは、絶品です。肉の暑さ3センチ強、それでいて柔かくジューシー、ソースの旨味と絡み具合もしっかりしていてこれがまつくぼのソースカツ丼‼️とうなずけます?。
味噌汁は具沢山、野菜サラダもタップリ付いて幸せなソースカツ丼です?。

既に4組ほど待ってました。(12時頃には店内満席となっていました)
特製ソースかつ丼を注文
なるほど、かつが分厚いだけあって時間がかかるのは納得です。
肉はジューシー且つ量もあり食べ応えがありました。
付け合わせも多く、女性では完食するのは難しいかもしれませんね。
ご馳走さまでした。

ソースカツ２枚 電話で注文しました。 とにかく、厚い３cmぐらい。よく揚がっていて美味しい。 すでにソースがかかっているが、小さいソースもついてました。 大きく厚いので二人で一枚で十分。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場に着いたのはほぼ開店時間の11時28分頃。見た感じ半分以上が長野県外ナンバーみたいですね。当然ながら一巡めには入れず店内ウェィティングリストに名前と携帯番号を書いて車の中で待つこと10分ほど。案外早いお呼びでした。カウンター席について10分ほど待ってから注文を取ってもらい、そこから着丼まで35分ほど。頂いたのは当然特性ソースかつ丼 1,650円。推定厚さ3～４センチの強烈なかつでソースは甘くなく、しょっぱくなく濃いわけでもない、ちょうどいい塩梅の美味しいやつ。分厚く超柔らかいロースかつに馴染みます。とっても美味しくて仕方ないけど…ごめんなさい、完食出来ませんでした。入口近くにあるセルフでどうぞのパックにご飯とかつ3切れを詰めて持ち帰らせてもらいました。観察するに多くのお客様がお持ち帰りの様子。よほどの大食いでなきゃ食べ切れないと思いますよ、この量。お隣りさんが食べていたカツカレーが気になりました。セルフサービスコーヒー完備なんですが、場所が分かりにくい。入口入って目の前(レジの左側)にありますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発令中は持ち帰りのみ、店内飲食は出来ません。カツ丼はかつがぶ厚い為揚げ上がりまで20分から30分かかります。多くの人は事前に電話注文されてまして、ソースカツ丼はかつがぶ厚いので女性にはあまりお勧めしません、かなりアゴが疲れますから、味は大満足、若い方にお勧めです。

長野県におけるソースカツ屋さんは10軒程お邪魔させて頂きましたが、こちらのお店は最もソースとの口当たりまろやかで、且つボリュームが群を抜いております（伊那「信濃路」様のジャンボサイズ除く）。
白味噌ベースでのお味噌汁はおかわり自由、パプリカやさつまいもが入った非常に具沢山で満足度の高い、美味しいお味噌汁です。さすが味噌の名産地。
つけあわせのお新香やサラダも嬉しく、ボリューム満点のソースカツ丼の箸休めに最適です。口内を清涼感が駆け巡ります。
件のソースカツ丼は前述の通りボリューム抜群、私もそれなりに食べる方（回転寿司30皿弱）ですが、集中して頂かなければテイクアウトをお願いしていたかもしれません。
赤身と脂身の配分も完璧で、すごく柔らかく揚げられた最高に美味しいカツが頂けます。
