味は可もなく不可もなく

味も…(いまいち)、味噌ラーメンを食べましたが、挽き肉はパサパサ、もっと出汁が欲しい。

小上がりが四卓とテーブルが２つ？とカウンターでした。駐車場は１０台前後置ける様です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 札幌合わせ味噌ラーメン+バタートッピングで注文。前回の反省の通りコクが一気に増してバターの甘さと相性抜群でとても美味しかったです。初めて来店するとどうしても気仙沼ネギ味噌ラーメンを注文したくなり、好みによるとは思いますがバタートッピングは間違いないと思います。
いつも気になっていたので初めて来店しました。味噌中華を頼みましたが、味噌の風味はとてもいいのですがスープにコクがあまりなかったです。おそらく味噌バターは絶品になるだろうなと感じる味わいでした。
麺は細麺で具材もそれなりに美味しいのですが、やはり常連さんは味噌バターを注文されていました。次に来店した際には味噌バターを注文してレビューしたいです。

以前に頂いた海鮮ラーメンを目当てに伺いましたが、残念ながらメニューから消えていました。
塩ラーメン750円を注文。具はゆで卵、チャーシュー、メンマ、ほうれん草、ワカメで細縮れ麺とスープが良く合いました。
食べ進めるとちょっと塩辛く感じましたが、美味しく頂けました。

日曜日の14時過ぎに初訪問しました。
海鮮ラーメンを注文し、期待しながら待つこと40分…
何度も席を立とうとしましたが、空腹に堪えました。
入った時間が遅かったのでしょうか？
あまりにも提供時間が掛かりすぎだと思います。
味は、スープが塩味が少しキツめでしたがコクがあり好みでした。
具のエビ、ホタテ、イカがぷりぷりしていて美味しかったです。
2022.3 Revisit
I asked for the seafood ramen I had before, but unfortunately it disappeared from the menu.
I ordered shio ramen for 750 yen. The ingredients were boiled egg, char siu, menma, spinach, and wakame seaweed, and the crispy noodles and soup went well together.
I felt a little salty as I continued to eat, but it was delicious.

40 minutes to order seafood ramen and wait while expecting it ...
I tried to stand up many times, but I was hungry.
Was it late to enter?
I think it took too long to provide.
As for the taste, the soup was a little salty, but it was rich and I liked it.
The ingredients such as shrimp, scallops and squid were plump and delicious.

「気仙沼ねぎ味噌チャーシュー」（￥1,130、大盛￥150）
国道284号線沿い。国道45号線松川IC交差点の近く。
5種類の味噌ラーメンが看板メニュー。
「気仙沼ねぎ味噌」はその一つ。
白髪ネギが山盛り。
その他、チャーシュー、大判海苔、メンマ、もやし、ニンジン、ワカメと具沢山。
白髪ネギはラー油で和えてあり、淡いオレンジ色。
チャーシューは柔らかく、脂身は口の中で融けた。
味噌スープは一見しょっぱそうだったが、しょっぱくなかった。
軽い甘みとゴマの風味があり、少し担々麵に似ていた。
麺は軽く縮れた中太麺。
熟成タイプの様で、食べ始め、少し歯に貼りつく感じがした。
