★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生も衛生士の方もすごく優しいです。妊娠中から通っていましたが、行くたびに体調気にかけてくださり、心遣いがありがたかったです。また、新潟市の実施医院には掲載されていませんが、２歳前の子供のフッ化塗布も、歯ブラシ持参不要で1200円でやって頂きました。
キッズコーナーも色々なおもちゃがあり、また天井等色々な所にアンパンマンがいて、子供も少し泣いただけで終えることができました。
さすが、医院の名前に「こども歯科」とあるだけあります。
私自身引っ越ししなければ、親子共々ずっと通っていたかった歯医者さんです。

しかし、事前に電話予約をしたにも関わらず、当日に受付で「本日の治療は保険適用外になるため、再来週以降で再予約をしてくれ」と言われました。
(前回から一定期間経たないと保険適用外となる決まりがあるようです。私は検診後、しばらくの間は都合が付かなかったため、治療まで期間が空きました。)
なぜ電話予約の際に伝えてくれないのでしょうか。
例え予約時に確認ミスがあったとしても、事前に電話で伝えてくれれば、その時間を空けておく必要はありませんでした。
時間を無駄にした上に謝罪も無く、非常に残念な思いをしました。
皆さま、忙しい時間を割いて予約をすると思いますので、ご注意下さい。

Why don't you tell me when you make a phone reservation?
Even if I made a mistake when making a reservation, I didn't have to leave that time if I told them by phone in advance.
