ちょい高いかな……と思いつつ、食べてみたら、ふわっと溶けてしまうほど口当たりがよく、バターなど味が濃くないので食べやすかったです。リピートしたいと思います。

食感は、しっとり・ねっとりで、味は濃く凄く美味しかったです。
次は何買おうっかなぁ〜。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の16時頃に来店。各種在庫少なめでしたが、ケーキが多種並んでいました。
シュークリーム(180円)とキャラメルプリン(250円)をいただきました。。
シュークリームは小さめですがカリカリのシューと濃厚なクリームが美味しい。くどい甘さはなく、手土産に喜ばれそうな万人受けの出来。
キャラメルプリンはプラカップを仕様。上部にとろっとろのキャラメルソースが乗ってます。苦味はなく、プリンは濃厚で滑らかな舌触り。こちらも小ぶりですが満足な出来。
その他のケーキは350円～400円位。どれも小ぶりですが今時な見た目ですのでハズレは無さそうでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越後姫のロールケーキは苺クリームで程よい酸味に上品な甘さのバランスがとても良いですね。一番のポイントとしては、スポンジケーキの甘さと甘さ控えめの生クリームのバランスが良くくどい甘さを感じませんでした。良い材料と良い生クリームを使っていることがよくわかるります。価格は高めですが…コストパフォーマンスを考えると文句無し。妻も子供も味に大絶賛です。評価は文句無し☆5を付けました。また来店したいですね。
あと、レモンケーキが美味しかったですよ。
