普段はとてもいいが… 頭痛、吐き気でふらふらになって行ったら発熱してないのに発熱外来の時間まで受けれないと言われた このご時世だからかもしれないがその時間まで我慢出来たら苦労しないって… 結局、他の病院で熱中症と診断され対応してもらいました そこも入り口は一つでしたが少し車で待ってすぐに見てくれました

受付の職員に、すぐ外へ出ていくよう追い出されました。発熱で受付に行ったこちらが配慮不足だったとはいえ、まるで病原菌扱いです。指定された時間まで待って電話を入れましたが、10分以上かけ続けても繋がらず。体調も辛いので、諦めて別の病院に電話したら、すぐ応答。先生・スタッフ、防護服で外まで出てきて笑顔で親切に対応していただき涙が出ました。こちらで受けた冷たい対応と辛い待ち時間はなんだったのか。

受付?看護士?の電話対応が最悪でした。服薬している薬を伝えていて、アレルギーの薬(4種類程あると事前に言っていた)を伝えようとしていた所、途中で面倒臭くなったのか、医師の診察時に直接言って下さいと言われました。じゃあ発熱してる中電話で伝えていた意味は?最初から全部診察時で良いのでは?意味が分かりませんでした。全く患者の立場に立っていないと思いました。しかも、事前に電話してあるにも関わらず、保険証は服薬の事を電話で伝えるという事を知らされておらず、手間取りました。心療内科に罹っているのも伝えていたはずなのですが…他の病院の受付の方は良くして下さる方ばかりだったので…受付の方に其処迄求めるのは筋違いだったのかもしれません。 看護師さんもあまりデリカシーの無い感じでした。 病院に着いた時は平熱だったので、お医者様にも看護師さんにも信じて貰えなかったのかもしれません。そう感じる対応でした。 微熱で受け入れられただけ良かったのかもしれません。

採血をしてもらいに来ました。 久しぶりの来院でしたが相変わらず丁寧な対応で助かります。 先生も穏やかな口ぶりで、丁寧に説明してくれます。 以前の検査結果とかを参考に、考えて、検査項目も追加したりして親身にこちらのことを聞いてくれます。 看護師さんも採血時、苦手な私にいろいろ話しかけてくれながら気を逸らして、スピーディーに行ってもらい、気がついたら終わってる感じで良かったです。 駐車場は少し止めずらいところもありますが、待合は多くの人がいました。 地域に密着のかかりつけ医の存在は有難いです。

医師、看護士さんともに公平で丁寧な説明でかかりつけにさせていただいてます。ただ、受付は我慢する必要があります。受付の方は気分屋の方で患者の好き嫌いがあるらしく患者によって態度をかえたり無言で整理券わなげてきたり…あらかじめその覚悟さえしていけば信頼できるクリニックなのでおすすめです!
