母の紹介で三竹さんを受診しました。
とても丁寧に診て頂いて嬉しかったです。
翌日には手荒れの改善があり感動です♪

1人にかかる時間が短いので急いでいる時などはこちらで診てもらいます。その反面、時間が短いということで丁寧に診てもらえるかというと微妙ですね。
看護師さんなどのスタッフの方が総じて悪い印象です。対応が雑というか、キツい口調なのでびくびくしてしまいます。受付が1番怖いです。

先生も優しく対応してくれます。
1人1人の診察が早いので待ち時間が早くて助かります。
看護婦さん達の対応は良いのですが受付のスタッフがとても感じ悪いし対応も最悪です。

電話の対応もそうでした。
もう少し愛想良くできないのかな。
病院って先生も大事だけど、受付も大事だと思います。
受付のばばあのせいでもう行きたくないです。
それに、今のコロナの時期どこでも体温測るのに、体温すら測らずでした。
先生自体はいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃カメラでお世話になってから毎月お世話になってるこの病院。先生、看護師さんは親切で愛想がある方ばかりでとても良いのだが、受付の女が超を超える無愛想で私語は酷いし腹が立ってしょうがない。この女、長らくいるが、他の事務の子の出入りが激しくこいつが原因かと思われてもしょうがない。多分本人が無愛想だと言う事、人に対しての話し方が解っていないと思われる。ホントに残念だ。それさえ気にならなければホント良い病院です。

同じ日数分の薬２つ処方されたが、１つは指定された日数分より1日多く処方されており、もう１つは1日分少なく処方されていて、数くらいしっかりと数えて処方してほしい。
たまたまなのか、故意に薬を減らされたりお金を余計に取られてたりと不安を感じてしまう。
ただ、先生などはいい人なので、受付さえ我慢できれば良いとこだと思う。
