★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンサートで高梁に訪れた際、飛び入りでお邪魔しました。
カウンター10席、テーブル4席、お座敷がある日本料理屋さんです。お寿司、天ぷら、丼もの、定食とあり、メニューには困りません。今回はカウンターに座って丼ものを頂きました。丼ものは量は少なめでしたが、価格もリーズナブルで美味しく頂けました。天ぷらはサクッと、海鮮丼のお刺身はやや下処理が甘いところもありましたが、酢飯とよくマッチしていました。
カウンターからは大将が調理する様子がよく見えるようになっており、海鮮、揚げ物、焼き物と手際良く作られていました。
ただ、カウンター上や、調理机の上が大変雑然としており、「知らなければよかったかな……(^o^;」と思える場面も…ワタシは割と平気なほうですが、衛生面に敏感な方はテーブルかお座敷が良いかと思われます。

The tempura was crispy and the sashimi of the seafood bowl was a little sweet, but it matched well with the vinegared rice.
From the counter, you can see how the general cooks, and the seafood, fried food, and roasted food are well made.
However, the counter and the cooking desk are very cluttered, and there are scenes where I think "I shouldn't have known ... (^ o ^;" ... I'm fine, but I'm sensitive to hygiene. It seems that people prefer a table or a tatami room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日ランチでお邪魔したのは高梁市の「松府」さん、備中高梁駅からも徒歩圏内の老舗和食店さん、駐車場は店舗前にあります。
店内は大きな生簀もある素敵空間、テーブル席の他に厨房を囲むカウンター席もあります。生簀の中には大きなクエが泳いでいますね、これをアテに一献傾けたいです^^
注文は寿司定食、大将が厨房で丁寧に握ってくださいます。待つこと10分少々で配膳、握りの他に天ぷら・小鉢・茶碗蒸し・味噌汁の構成になります。
握りは8貫、シャリ・ネタ共に大きめですね。シャリは少し軟らかで酢はそれほどきつくありません。旬の鱧・ビッグサイズの海老・戻りのカツオが特に好みの味わいでした^^
食後には大将と暫し歓談、遠方の常連さんが多いそうです！ さすがの実力店さんですね^^
