This is my favorite ramen shop. The work on ingredients with old-fashioned ramen is clearly superior to the shops with the highest tabelog recently.

Ramen Musashino-san. A popular ramen shop in Matsudo. It's about 25 minutes walk from Matsudo station, and you can get in line even though it's a difficult-to-access shop. Since the shop does not have a sign, it is difficult to understand because there is no goodwill before it opens. This time, we arrived at 17:40, 20 minutes before the opening at 18:00. Some people are already waiting. I also start lining up. At the time of opening, the line will grow to about 8 people. Open at 18:00. I ordered salt soba 900 yen, rice (mini bowl) 300 yen, and draft beer 600 yen. There are about 6 counter seats and table seats for 8 people in the store. Atmosphere like a fashionable small izakaya. After a while, it became full and there was a wait outside the store. After all it is a popular store. It's prosperous. However, the atmosphere inside the store is very calm and quiet without any feeling of rustling. Somehow there is an adult atmosphere. After waiting for a while, salt soba arrived. The noodles are handmade and delicious. The soup is a salty soup with a light taste and a good feeling. The rice seems to be different every day, so this time we have a mini bowl of kakiage and meat. The meat here is also tender and delicious. Draft beer comes with snails and you can enjoy various things. Everything is delicious. Full and satisfied. I drank beer and felt a little overeating, so I walked back to Matsudo station to get hungry. Besides salted soba, there are also Chinese soba and tsuke soba, so I want to come back to eat when I feel like it. If you can come by car, you should use the coin parking on your right as soon as you enter the alley on the left side of the shop. Please note that you can only pay in cash.

Visited around 18:30 on weekdays. There was no one. 6 couters and 6 table seats. Water is served in a bottle and drunk in the mouth. The inside of the store is clean and comfortable, and the counter is also clean. I ordered Chinese soba, ginger soba, zuke egg, and flatfish rice. Ginger soba is perfect for winter because ginger works very well. The Chinese soba, the egg and the rice were very delicious. The char siu is also delicious! Menma is normal.
