イベントで開けられて居る事もありますが、通常は閉まっています。
四季折々の庭の景色も大変素晴らしいです。
Shountei was built in 1978 to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the municipal administration. There are halls and booths, which are mainly used for tea parties.
It may be open at an event, but it is usually closed.
The view of the garden in each season is also very wonderful.
