柏	柏葉義信 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治初期から153年も営業している老舗菓子店。その伝統菓子の｢明がらす｣のお米の香。胡麻の香。柔らかもちっとした食感。最高です。｢ぶどう飴｣も｢飴(あめ)｣とありますが、これも、柔らかもちっとした食感。山葡萄の酸味がこれまたいい❗ お店に並ぶ新作❓季節のお菓子も、｢香｣と｢食感｣が特徴です。店の見せ方❓オブジェ❓これまたいい❗ 5年前、某国立研究所の研修会で、研修生が各勤務地&出身地のお菓子・お酒を並べました。遠野まつだ松林堂の明がらすとぶどう飴を参加者分並べたら、各地のお菓子の中で1番最初になくなってしまいました。筆者は花巻大迫のエーデルワインも6種12本並べました。こちらも山梨&福島のワインより先になくなりました。この２つのお菓子はお茶にもお酒にもいいです? 小・中学校のPTA会長はじめ役員を長～く務めているお父さんのトークも、図書ボランティアや遠野の森・資源の活用に奔走しているお母さんのトークも、遠野の街の歴史・文化に詳しいおばあちゃんのトークも、可愛い店員さんのトークも、みんな素晴らしい。さて、今日、お店にいるのは誰でしょう❓　つい、予定よりたくさん買ってしまうことでしょう?
