★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭い店内、行き交う店員さんが当たってもひと言も無いのがちょっと…。おでん関係はどれも美味しかったですが、今ひとつなメニューもあります。特に前菜9種盛り合わせは良くなかったです。あとは駅の中にもかかわらず、現金で支払うよう圧を感じました。

広島駅の新幹線改札そばにあるEkieバルに平日18:00。
忘年会は18:30開始なのをいいことに、ちょっとゼロ次会。
どうぞとの案内に素直にしたがって
「Bar Salu」
青白赤のフランス国旗のような入口のカウンター席へ。
白木のカウンター席の前には、緑あふれる観葉植物。
立ち呑み屋とは違う女性でも入りやすい雰囲気。
まずは、生ビール450円でかんぱ～い♪
冬のアテといえばおでん、大根とスジを頼んでしばし。
やってきました、大根200円。
出汁につかってるのではなく、ポルチーニソースのかかったフレンチおでん。
キノコのエキスと生クリームの濃厚なソース。
やわらかくなった大根にしっかり染みてるね～
シアワセ感ひろがる～♪
そして、スジ250円。
こちらにはポロネーゼソース。
しっかりとした肉の旨みがいいね～
牛スジがやわらかくちょっと上品すぎかも
気軽にゆったり味わえるのがいいね～
会計は900円、時間は18：15、そろそろ1次会にいきますかね。

ビールとグラスワイン、赤、白を頂き、赤はフルボディをお願いしましたが、キンキンに冷えていて、とてもフルボディな感じではなかったなぁ。ここは残念。
しかし、大根はやはり美味しい。ガーリック枝豆？も美味しい。出汁巻きたまごも美味しかったです。

写真撮り忘れましたが、おでん大根のポルチーニソース、ラタトゥイユ、渡りカニのパスタ、唐揚げどれも美味しかったです。
飲み物オーダー間違いがあったものの、お店のスタッフの方の感じが良かったので、さほど気にならず。今回は車でアルコールが飲めなかったが、とても残念なくらい、駅ビル内の飲食店の中では久しぶりのヒットでした。コスパも。店内がそんなに広くはないので、ゆっくりはできなさそうだけれど、今度はゆっくり飲みながら頂きたいなぁと感じました。
