★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 92歳の母の気になる突然いつもと違う風邪症状があるので心配で短期施設行く前に往診で来てもらえるかどうしたらいいか相談に土曜夜９時に電話しようかけたら熱なく急変もしてないしのに呼びつけるのか、数日前から風邪気味だったのにほってたんでしょ、見れてなかったんでしょ、早く連れて来れたのに土曜夜に来いと言うのはどういうことか違うでしょと言うありさまでした。はいはいと聞いてるのにしつこく説教と嫌味を続けるから切ろうとしてるのに切らさずしつこく説教と怒りをネチネチ何分も言って来ました。92歳だし数日大丈夫と思ってても気になり変わるときもあります。仕事していて同居できてないけど精一杯世話しているのにほってた発言は衝撃でした。医者としてこの発言対応は失格だと思います。食事中だったようなので邪魔されたからムカついたんでしょうがかかりつけ医なら相談のるくらい、もしくはそれくらいなら行けないと丁寧に話すべきではないでしょうか。往診の理解が悪かった私も悪かったけどその言い方はプロとしていかがなものかと。それに不安で診察行ったとき高齢なので何があるか覚悟はしておかないとと言うことも以前言われたことありそんなことわかってるし言われたくないです。今回冷たい医者なんだと改めてわかりました。オススメできません。数日後他の医者に変えようと問い合わせ電話したら熱なくても往診行くし相談にものるよと言われたのでこれからは安心です。信頼できない医者と早くわかり良かったです

I was working and couldn't live together, but I was shocked to hear that I was taking care of him as much as I could. As a doctor, I think this response to remarks is disqualified. It seems that I was eating, so I was annoyed because I was disturbed, but I should talk politely if my family doctor can talk to me, or if I can't go that much. I had a bad understanding of the home visit, but I wasn't sure how to say it as a professional. Also, when I went to see the doctor with anxiety, I was told that I shouldn't be prepared for what's going on because I'm old, and I know that and I don't want to be told. I realized again that I am a cold doctor this time. I can't recommend it. A few days later, when I called to ask another doctor to change, I was told that I would go home and consult with him even if I didn't have a fever, so I'm relieved from now on. It was easy to understand with an unreliable doctor

松原医院・院長です。3年前の投稿に対するお返事遅くなり失礼いたします。お母さまが数日前から感冒症状あり介護スタッフからご連絡があったにもかかわらずそのままで、ショートステイの前夜に慌てて診てくださいと土曜の夜中に往診のお電話を頂いたように記憶しております。お母さまとはいい関係を続けておりましたのでお母様を心配し、早くご連絡が欲しかった旨お話ししたと思います。往診しないとは申しておりませんし、お電話を切られたのは千佳子様だったと記憶しております。患者様第一に診療を心がけていますので、ご投稿内容は事実と異なり残念に思います。新しい主治医のもとでお元気で過ごされているようですので安心いたしました。今後このようなことが無いように気を付けたいと思います。
