★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年4月4日に再訪。早朝から営業しているので便利です。手土産と喫茶部門の利用を予定したのですが、コロナ禍で喫茶部門はクローズ中。列車内のおやつ分を購入しました。
2020年3月20日に初訪問。シュークリーム好きの聖地ですね。営業時間ぎりぎりでしたが、お願いしていただくことができました。お茶も美味しい。ここで松本土産を購入しました。また訪れたいお店です

イートインでケーキを食べたりも出来ます。
出入り口にあるお城は砂糖で出来てるようです。
凄い迫力ですね。

You can also eat cake at eat-in.
The castle at the doorway seems to be made of sugar.
It's amazingly powerful.

シュークリームが美味しいと聞いて行ったのですが、併設の喫茶の方が気に入りました。
併設といっても、広いスペースではないのですが、落ち着きます。
前回はシュークリームお土産にしましたが、今回はまだ先があるので、喫茶と常温の焼菓子のみで。
コスパ良く美味しいケーキセット、アイスコーヒーも美味しい。
街中にあるのに、駐車場がちゃんとあるのもポイント高いです。

今回ケーキをイートインで頂いて思ったのがケーキクリーム（生クリーム、カスタード）、生地（スポンジやシュー生地）が兎に角美味しい。
お土産にはもちろんベビーシューとサブレ
連れにはケーキ屋さんでこんなにお金を使ったのは初めてだと言われました?（美味しいので色々買いすぎました）
ティラミス好きですが、ティラミスは私好みじゃなかったです?
次回はチョコ系も色々食べてみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベビーシューで有名だけど全て美味しい。ベビーシューはカスタードと生クリームを混ぜてクリームにしてあるが、生クリーム好きなら生シュークリームがいい。クリームは全て生クリーム。ボリュームもあり満足。
ショートケーキ、レアチーズケーキもとても良い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シュークリーム3個買っただけだけど立派な箱に包装してもらいました。なんか申し訳ない、そして包装紙のセンスがいい。
買ったのは生シュークリームとスイス風シュークリームとシューパリジャンの3種類。
スイス風は生クリームとカスタードのハーフ＆ハーフ、パリジャンはクッキー生地のカスタードでした。
カスタードも生クリームもどちらかというと濃厚な味で1個食べれば大満足です。
個人的にはやはり生クリームが入ってるほうが好み。
ケーキも食べたくなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cake set (650yen) get you probably the best cake selection under 500yen in a town with your selection of drink (coffee, tea). Surprisingly, a cookie that sets a side of a cake plate for sampling purpose is amazing. A piece of cookie was 150 yen. I bought without hesitation. The best local cake shop.
Customer service issue:I was lucky to be served by ladies.
