ソースはおたふくで甘め。(普段私はオリバー派)
牡蠣がソースに負けてしまうのですね。お好み焼きに牡蠣は自分的にはなしかも。

とにかくメニーが多くて迷います、お好み焼きも広島と大阪風が選べます。
とてもリーズナブルで地元に愛される店という雰囲気でした。
かきおことホルモンうどんを注文、どちらも美味でしたが特にホルモンうどんがヒットしました。
味付けも濃すぎず、大盛りで頼めば良かったと後悔しました。(成人男性2人でシェア)
この店オリジナルらしいインディアン焼きそばが非常に気になるところでした笑
I stopped by Bitchu Matsuyama Castle before sightseeing.
Anyway, there are many many and I am at a loss, so you can choose Hiroshima or Osaka style okonomiyaki.
The atmosphere was very reasonable and loved by the locals.
I ordered oysters and hormone udon, both of which were delicious, but the hormone udon was a hit.
The seasoning wasn't too strong, and I regretted that I should have ordered it in a large serving. (Shared by 2 adult men)
I was very worried about the original Indian fried noodles at this restaurant lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホルモン焼き定食、こってり過ぎで星3。関西焼きの餅チーズは、中が生焼け、粉ぽいので星1。広島風のモダン焼きは、普通に美味しかったそうです。
量が少なめなので、お好み焼きには麺を入れるか、大盛りを頼むことをオススメします。
Hormone-grilled set meal, too thick and 3 stars. Kansai-yaki mochi cheese is 1 star because the inside is raw and powdery. The Hiroshima-style modern grill was usually delicious.
Since the amount is small, we recommend adding noodles to okonomiyaki or ordering a large serving.
