筋肉の張りというよりも、内臓や頭痛などの原因を追究しながら体をゆるめてくれます。
私の場合は身体のゆがみがひどいのですが、それがもともと内臓の影響が大きくて、整体よりもこちらの先生に通った方が根本的な解決になるj感じです。
10年以上通っていて、この先生の代わりは東京でも見つかりません。
ただ施術の部屋はきれいでもなく、むしろ初回は聞いていて覚悟していてもそこまできれいではないので、びっくりする部分はありました。
一人でされているので事前の電話予約必須です。
