ランチやパフェがお安く、中でも季節限定いちごパフェが大のオススメ‼︎
シンプルにフレッシュ苺と生クリームにサッパリしたバニラアイスってのが嬉しい。
ただ今では珍しく喫煙可能なお店なので、苦手な人は要注意。

The perfect hamburger steak! Potato salad, spaghetti, salad dressing, fresh fruit, soft hand-kneaded hamburger with a mild sauce! He is a wonderful craftsman who hasn't cut corners on miso soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月22日日曜日最近清水は部が悪く行く店行く店臨時休業に泣かされてます?マスカットハウスのハンバーグ食べたかったのに臨時休業12時の開店に合わせて行ったからどの店もいっぱいで入れねぇ〜?仕方なく喫茶店羅比亜に入った訳でと言うか?旨いね!コレハンバーグ弁当950円（ドリンク付き）はリーズナブル
ハンバーグソースはソフトな酸味を奏でる 肉圧なハンバーグはそうね煮込みハンバーグって感じだけど中々のもんよ?そしてたっぷりの野菜サラダはパイナップル付きは嬉しいね、イヤぁ助かりました羅比亜さん!ご馳走様でした有難うございます。

店内外とも昭和のレトロ感たっぷり。落ち着きますね〜。
今回はマスターの気まぐれスペシャルモーニングを頂きました。ハンバーグを挟んだパン＝ハンバーガー?が2個とサラダ・ゆで卵・スパゲティ・フルーツが大皿に盛られています。味噌汁も付きますよ。ボリューム満点です。手作りのハンバーグが美味しいですね。もちろんコーヒーも付きます。アメリカンな感じの薄味です。
常連さんが多いのかな、地元の方に愛されているお店です。

This time we had the master's whimsical special morning. Two breads with hamburgers sandwiched between them and salad, boiled eggs, spaghetti and fruits are served on a platter. Miso soup is also included. The volume is perfect. The handmade hamburger is delicious. Of course, coffee is also included. It has an American taste.
I wonder if there are many regulars, this shop is loved by the locals.
