柚	柚雲 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの応対には感謝です。手帳を探しにお邪魔しました。欲しい手帳(ゲン担ぎで毎年NOLTYさんのグリーン系色を使用してます)の色違いしか無く通りすがりの若い女性の店員さんに在庫をお尋ねすると陳列分のみですとの事。一旦その場を離れられましたが、再び戻って来られ念の為にご希望の色の在庫の再確認をしましょうか？との優しいお言葉。カウンターへ案内され在庫担当の方へお電話頂きましたが残念ながら無く、諦めようと御礼をお伝えしましたところ、問屋さんやメーカーさんに取り寄せ可能かを確認しますとの更に優しい対応。翌日にお電話を頂き入荷不可との事でした。他の店舗さんで見つかると良いですねと更に更に優しいお言葉。たかだか手帳一冊の為にここまでの対応を頂けたのは初めてでして、もう感謝とそれ以後は新書を買う際は、丸善さんにて絶対に購入させて頂いております。大変失礼かと思いましたが無事に入手出来ました。本当にありがとうございました。 I am grateful to the clerk for their support. I went to look for my notebook. When I asked a young female clerk who was passing by because there was only a different color of the notebook I wanted (I use NOLTY's green color every year to carry the gen), it was only for display. I left the place once, but would you like to come back again and recheck the stock of your desired color just in case? Gentle words. I was guided to the counter and called the person in charge of inventory, but unfortunately there was no such thing, and I thanked the wholesaler and the manufacturer for giving up, but it was a gentler response to check if it could be ordered from the wholesaler or manufacturer. I received a call the next day and it was not possible to receive it. Even more gentle words that it would be nice to find it at other stores. It is the first time that I have been able to respond so far for one notebook at most, and I am grateful for it, and when I buy a new book after that, Mr. Maruzen will definitely buy it. I thought it was very rude, but I was able to get it safely. I'm really thankful to you.

C	Ceph_ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 7th and 8th floors of the department store LABI (previously Tenmaya), you'll find 丸善 Maruzen, a large bookstore with a quaint atmosphere. Nearly every time I visit Hiroshima City, I stop by Maruzen to pick up a book or the latest manga. There's pretty much something for everyone, and while it is strictly a bookstore (no CD's, movies, etc.) it's easy to spend hours there just browsing the huge selection. The only other bookstore nearby I can compare it to is Junkudo near Hiroshima Station. Check this place out.
