Their prices are cheaper than most kimono rental shops in Tokyo but the quality is just as good. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. You can also arrange for hairstyling, they have a hairdresser that can come in and give you just the right style with advanced notice. My wife rented a kimono and we walked to Shibuya Crossing and then took the train to Harajuku Station and Meiji Jingu for some unique photo opportunities. Everywhere we went people complimented her on how lovely she looked. Just be aware that you'll have to walk a bit slower in kimono!
