★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住むことを検討している人は要注意！まだ築浅ですが、高い割に作りが悪く、隣や上から入る音が凄いですし、道路側の部屋ですと朝の早い時間から工事現場に向かっているトラックやバイクなどの騒音は無視できません。また、一部の人のマナーが悪すぎます。ゴミ捨て場を入って正しいところにゴミを置くのではなく、ドアのすぐ後ろにポイ捨てたり、ペットを抱っこせずにマンションを歩かせたり・・・。自分の部屋の前では2回も犬のおしっこが見つかりました。その上、隣で飼われている犬がうるさく、1日に数回20～30分吠え続けます。管理会社は対応してくれません。最後に、インターネットはマンションタイプで他のプロバイダーと契約するのが禁止されているのに、朝10時～翌朝の1時までは１～２Mbpsの速度しか出なく、ストリーミングビデオはほぼ無理で、音楽すら止まったりします。
良い点といえば、解約はネット上ですぐできたことです☆
