I am glad that the quotation was changed and I was able to make it as cheap as I wanted! It seems to be popular, and sometimes I have a lot of work to do. I think it's worth estimating even if it doesn't work.
ろ	ろくろん, Qないん “kikikirin999” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話受付の際にリフォームの見積もりについて相談したい旨をお伝えしたところ担当部門から折り返すとの事で一旦連絡待ち。電話の折り返しが来たが担当者からではなく電話受付からの折り返しで丁重にお断りされました。担当に代わるでもなく、相談することも出来ませんでした。とても失礼な感じで呆れてしまいましたがそれがこの会社のスタンス、理念なのでしょう。お見積りどころか、相談も出来ませんので此方はお勧め出来かねます。 At the time of telephone reception, I told him that I would like to consult about the estimate of the reform, and the department in charge will call back, so I will wait for contact once. The call came back, but I was politely declined because it was not from the person in charge but from the telephone reception. I was not able to take the place of the person in charge or consult with him. I'm very rude and amazed, but that's the stance and philosophy of this company. We can't recommend you because we can not even consult you, let alone quote.
