特筆するような事はなく、普通に沖縄ソバ。
島唐辛子の泡盛漬けと、紅生姜をたっぷりかけて。
1,000円以内でお腹いっぱい、ご飯はお代わりできるらしい。

ラフテーはハムみたいに薄いし値段が高くて
頼んだものオーダー通ってなかったし
ランチセットの付け合わせも申し訳程度だし‥
お土産の「もと」とか使って作ったらこんな感じ？
こういうもんなんですかね
わかんないけど
やんばるとか行った方が肉が塊でお手頃で満足感が高いかなあ
なんか、指示されて作ってる感じが丼から伝わってくるというか
店内は装飾が凝っててキレイです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KITTEの地下にある沖縄料理店です。料理は王道の沖縄料理のメニューでそこそこ美味しいのですが、（空いているのに）入店しても店員さんがいない、最初の水がぬるい等、サービス面がやや残念でした。
It is an Okinawan restaurant in the basement of KITTE. The food is a royal Okinawan menu and it is delicious, but the service was a little disappointing because there was no clerk even when I entered the restaurant (even though it was vacant) and the first water was lukewarm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日 1110分 前客2名 後客2名。東京駅kitte B1、レストラン街一角。元々はとみ田さんを狙いこちらに行くも想定以上の大行列。12時の新幹線に乗らねばならず断念。周りのラーメン屋さんでもありだったけど、沖縄そばの魅力に誘われ入店。
ランチは千円前後で、丼やおかずもの＋セット、の選べるセットか、そば定食がある。そのそば定食の中から
沖縄そばセット(950円)
をオーダー。沖縄そばに、ジューシーと小鉢がつく。まだまだピーク前ということもあり5分程度で丼着。
想像してたのより少しコンパクトな大きさのおそば。心なしか上にのったチャーシュー(ラフテーでいいのかな？)も小ぶりな感じ。ほっこりする優しいお味。期待を裏切らない沖縄そばらしい沖縄そばのお味。そばはやや固めでごりごりに味気を主張してくる。さっぱり出汁でかわしつつ中々の存在感。なので卓上の紅しょうがを投入し別の味気をプラス。うん、美味い。色々相殺され、プラスされたような感じ。
とりわけ想像の味だったが、それゆえ少し残念。食べたこともないような、みたいなのを期待してしまったから。

The taste of Okinawa soba like Okinawa soba that does not disappoint. Buckwheat is a little bit firmer and insists on taste. The presence of the inside while being drank with fresh soup. Above all it was a taste of imagination, but so a little disappointing. Because I expected something like never having eaten.

ランチに訪問しました。
ゴーヤチャンプルーセットを注文。
セットは沖縄そばなどにするか選べます。
ゴーヤチャンプルーはしゃきしゃきとして、ゴーヤーの苦味もそこまで強くなく、美味しく頂けました。
沖縄そばはスープが残念な感じですね。出汁の旨味が全然ありません。おまけに三枚肉はレトルト感がする…。
お店の雰囲気は良いだけにもったいない気がしました。
