★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年まで住んでいた者です。報知器点検や、排水管清掃など事あるごとに部屋に業者が頻繁に立ち入る為、なかなか気が散ることが多い。オートロックは安心だが、監視カメラが至る所にあり、ちょっと落ち着かない。６畳くらいのそれほど広い部屋ではない為、部屋に備え付けの家具（ドレッサーと収納付き椅子、棚）があるが、ドレッサーと椅子のバランスが悪く、机の下スペースに椅子を入れることが出来ず、場所を取る為、思っているよりかなり狭くなる。これなら家具無しの方が良いのではないか、と住民はよく言っていた。オシャレに部屋をアレンジしたい人にはお勧めしない。これだけの点がありながらも、駅から近いので家賃や更新費はやや高めに設定されていた。

Not recommended for those who want to arrange a stylish room. Despite all these points, the rent and renewal costs were set slightly higher because it was close to the station.
