メーカーに依頼すると5万円でかつ2週間から4週間待ちとなりそうなところ往復の郵送を含めて5日間でWebにある13,500円で対応いただきました。ネジどめの修繕のため、リセールはできない状態ですが、しっかりした出来で感謝しています。
Lineによるコミュニケーションもほとんど待ちがなく、23時すぎに「寝る前に連絡しておこう」ぐらいに考えたメッセージに15分で回答が来たのには驚きました^^; 当然、これは通常のサービスを超えている話ですが、ここまでやっていただいたのは嬉しかったです。
今後もPC関連の困りごとには一番最初に検討させていただきます。この度はどうもありがとうございました！！

交換部品の入荷に時間がかかってしまうとのことでしたが、画面以外は問題なく使える状態にして持ち帰らせていただけてとても助かりました。
部品入荷から修理も早かったです。
話しやすく頼りになる店員さんです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デスクトップPCでブルースクリーンが頻発し始めて手に負えなくなったのでこちらにお世話になりました。
原因はSSDの破損ということで次の日には新しいものに交換していただきました。起動も軽快になり非常に満足です。
料金もほぼ想像通りの値段でした。
また何かあったらお世話になると思います。

タッチパッドの修理もお願いし、その際に色々と修復したほうが良い点をご提案いただきとても使いやすくなって返ってきて、頼んで良かったなと思いました！
スタッフさんの対応も良く、LINEでやりとりしても比較的早めに返信を遅れたり引き渡し時にも丁寧に説明をしていただき、1か月のアフターフォローなどもついており好感が高かったです！

修理に必要なパーツがストックされていたということで、修理を依頼した同日中に引取り可能というスピーディな対応で大変助かりました。画面以外に、修繕が必要な箇所がなかったこともあり、最初にメールで見積もりしていただいた金額ですみました。
１年前、同じパソコンで画面を破損してメーカーに修理を依頼しましたが、今回の修理費用（神奈川ペイによる割引分を含む）は、１年前の修理費用の半分で済みました。また、メーカーに依頼した場合、修理依頼をしてから納品されるまで１か月近く掛かりました。そのため、なるべく早く安く修理をしたいという方にはお勧めです。
