★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍で来れず、２年近くぶり？で来ました！夏と言ったらスダチ冷やしうどん！コロナ前は連日通いました♪さて、２年ぶりのお味はと言うと、モチモチのうどんの食感は変わりませんでした☆スダチが一個分入っていて香りも味も完璧でした。美味しかったです！
ですが、ぬるかったです。前はもっともっと冷えてたのになー。コロナで茹でるタイミングや器の衛生面など変わったのかな？おいしさ星5、ぬるさで星4、テーブルがどれもこれも汚れが見えていたので星3で、平均4。食べに来た人が食べ終わって綺麗に拭けば済む話ですが。ということで、ご馳走さまのち、きっちり拭いて帰りました。丸亀製麺の麺のコシが好きなので、また近々来ようと思います！スダチ冷やしうどんがある限り！ごちそうさまでした！

It was delicious!
However, it was lukewarm. It used to be colder and colder. Did the timing of boiling in the corona and the hygiene of the vessel change? Delicious 5 stars, lukewarm 4 stars, all tables were dirty so 3 stars, 4 on average. It's a story that people who come to eat can finish eating and wipe it clean. So, after the treat, I wiped it off and went home. I like the stiffness of Marugame Seimen noodles, so I'll come back soon! As long as you have Sudachi chilled udon noodles! Thank you for the meal!

11時ぐらいで繁忙時間でもなかったのに手を抜かれたみたいでがっかりしました…品質管理はどうなっているのでしょうか？
うどん茹でる人とうどん量る二人の店員さんが雑談してゲラゲラ笑いながら作業しているのもいい気がしませんでした。
後このご時世なので、素手でうどんを触るのは止めてほしい。
