休日のお昼前だが訪問すると出来ていた。
指定通りに出口から覗いて受付番号を告げる。
店員さんは愛想良く対応してくれた。
持ち帰って食べると、
ほぼ店と同じうどんのコシで食べれる。
天ぷらは見本画像同等には行かんもんなのかも。
かき揚げがうどんの水分もあってかバラつき気味に。
まぁ出汁を掛けた時点でフニャフニャになるのは必死なこと。
うどんのコシも相まって、
充分なボリュームを感じながら食べることができた。
これなら持ち帰りも有りかと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丸亀製麺はセルフ式うどん屋の中でもトップだと私は認識しておりましたが、非常に残念なことにこちらの店舗は、従業員によってはトッピングの量は違うは、麺は熟成されてないわ、ショックでした。因みに何グラム入れているのか聞いて見ると確かに違いました。その半分ぐらいの量です。当方似たようなことを携わっていたので確かです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ちうどんの腰のある麺はさすがに美味しい。ただ、四国香川県の丸亀うどんと言うなら普通。に感じました。熱いかけうどんにしたのですが、出汁がぬるい。これはなおしてほしいです。
しかし、かき揚げはボリューム満点やし、天ぷらはサクサクして美味しいです。
あとワガママですが、おにぎりは塩おにぎりがほしいなぁと思いました。ほんとは個人的に、ゲソ天でご飯が食べたいのです(笑)
好きなもの取って、うどん食べても1000円以内でおさまると思いますし、親子丼とうどんで800円までで食べられます。とてもリーズナブル。ほんま、評価の星が３つなのは、出汁をアツアツにしといてー。です。
