桃のタルトではカスタードが甘いのに桃が甘くなくて少し苦く、酸味が薄くて調和も何もない不味さ。カスタードだけはうまい。20点
季節のタルトでは見栄えは良いし、カスタードはうまいが、使ってるフルーツの組み合わせが絶望的にまずい。桃よりはマシ。30点
私はケーキを残すなど人生で一度たりともしたことがなかったのですが、チョコレートスフレは途中で食べるのを諦めて食べられないと思わされるほど絶望感しかない。スフレ特有のふわふわではなく舌で溶けて飲み込むもので、ガトーショコラに近い。ラズベリージャムは好きなのですがこれに入っていると粒が不快感を感じざるを得ないし、酸味がチョコの良さを殺してるレベル。
怖いもの見たさで食べるなら良い店かと思いますが、レシピが変わりましたと言われても私はもう絶対にいかないです。

I have never had a cake left in my life, but chocolate souffle has a sense of hopelessness that I think that I can not eat it. It is not so fluffy like souffle and it melts and swallows with the tongue, and it is close to the Gato chocolate. I like raspberry jam, but if it is contained in it, the grains have to feel uncomfortable and the acidity level kills the goodness of chocolate.
I think it's a good shop if you eat it with a scary thing, but I will never go if I say that the recipe has changed.
