★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お惣菜の販売と、そのお惣菜を4品または6品チョイスして、ご飯、スープ（味噌汁)、ドリンクのランチを店内で味わえるお店、というのが基本のスタイル。ランチ後から夕刻まではカフェになります。惣菜のランチは宿命として、既に出来上がっている惣菜が盛られて来るので、アツアツは期待できません。
管理栄養士が減塩やカロリー控え目なメニューにしているとのこと。ボリュームもやや控え目なのでダイエットや健康に気をつかっている人には良いかもしれません。

店内の雰囲気も良く、二階席は磐梯山がとても綺麗に見える。
日替りと、おかずが選べるコースがあるので、飽きがなさそう！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は２ヶ所あり､どちらもお店の目の前です。両方会わせて１５台位止められます。
お昼に行きました。お客さんの殆どは
女性でした。
店内は、１階と2階に飲食スペースがあり、
１階には5テーブル席，２階は６テーブル席程がありました。
２人用と、４人用のテーブル席があります。
入店すると、右側にお総菜が入ったケースがあります。ランチのセットメニュー(日替わり)もありますが、私は、ケース内のお総菜から食べたい４つを選べるセットにしました。
ご飯は、白米か玄米を選べましたそして、ご飯の量も選べます。私は100グラムの玄米にしました。
お総菜は、８種類位あったと思います。
ドリンクもセットになっています。
そこに、デザートを付けても
税込みで1000円しませんでした。
どちらかというと、
身体に優しい料理だと思います。
ガッツリ系ではありません。
お店の雰囲気も、お料理と同じで
優しい感じでゆったりとできます。
