山	山中豊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言が解かれて次の週に行きました。滋賀県では珍しい宮崎地鶏料理を提供してくれるアットホーム的な落ち着くお店です。店主は宮崎出身の本格的なシェフで素材自体も地元宮崎から取り寄せて振舞ってくれます。料理はお造り、焼きもの、揚げ物と品数も多くバラエティに富んでます。最初に地鶏のタタキとレバーと砂肝のお造りをいただいて、地鶏の炭火焼きを数種類いただきました。やはり素材が良いせいか歯ごたえも良く、噛めば噛むほどに旨味が出るという、なかなか出会えない料理でした。お酒も店主のこだわりでいろんな地域のお酒、焼酎を揃えており全く飽きさせません。また、素材の貯蔵も木箱に入れて保管しているなど、完全にプロの仕事を見せてくれました。正直かなりのお得感で満たされました。特に、宮崎の地鶏料理はほかにないため、まずここはリピートしたいお店になりました。お勧めはカウンター席で、オープンキッチンを見渡し料理が出来上がる過程を眺めながらお酒を飲む。。。これ最高です！そして料理がお酒を推してくれます。月一周期で行きたいお店でした。お店のスタッフさんも明るくて接しやすく居心地もすごく良いので、万人にお勧めできます。思い出すと食べたくなりますｗｗ The state of emergency was lifted and I went to the next week.
