W	Wataru Hayase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 琵琶湖最南端の湖水浴場です。琵琶湖はかつての水質汚染問題で県外の方には未だに汚いイメージを持っていらっしゃる方がいますが、この辺りまで来るととても綺麗です。遠浅で波も穏やかなので、良い水泳場だと思います。砂浜もさらさらとまでは言いませんが、意外ときめが細かいです。琵琶湖大橋が近いのですが、それはつまり琵琶湖の東西陸地の対岸距離が最も近いところを意味します。とても大きくぱっと見では海のように見えるのですが、対岸がすぐそこに見えるという琵琶湖ならではの景観が広がる場所でもあります。夏以外にも散歩やランニングなどにもおすすめの場所です。 It is a lake beach at the southernmost tip of Lake Biwa. At first glance, it looks like the sea, but it is also a place where you can see the opposite bank right there, which is unique to Lake Biwa. It is a recommended place for walking and running as well as summer.
