D	DaiDai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5～6年ぶりの訪問です。コロナ開けということで久しぶりに伺いましたが、ブドウの収穫も終わっているようで、ブドウの木はまた来年状態でした。またショップは昔とくらべて縮小されたのか、こじんまりして種類が少なくなった気がします。楽しみにしていた試飲もなし、工場見学もなし。有料の試飲は受け付けて頂けるようでしたが、書類に記載して受付にお願いする形で、基本的に申し込みを受け付ける感じではなく残念な感じでした。足を運んで期待していたので、がっかりでした。これならお土産屋さんで購入するのと変わらないかと。 This is my first visit in 5-6 years. I heard about opening the corona for the first time in a while, but it seems that the vines have been harvested, and the vines are in the state of next year. Also, I think the shop has been reduced in size compared to the past, and the number of types has decreased. There was no tasting that I was looking forward to, and no factory tour. It seemed that we could accept paid tastings, but it was a shame that we basically did not accept the application because we asked the receptionist to fill out the documents. I was disappointed because I was expecting to visit. I wonder if this is the same as buying at a souvenir shop.

The factory was moderately sized and provided instructions, so I enjoyed it (^^) The wine tasting was plentiful and free, and I was satisfied with the fee (＾ ∀ ＾)

V	Vc. kaori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工場見学もできる大手のワイナリー。ワインの試飲やレストラン(コロナ禍なので要問い合わせ、レビューは少し前のものになります)、ワインの販売や素敵な庭園もあり、ゆったりと楽しむことができます。テイスティングコーナーではスタッフさんと談笑しつつあれこれ飲みまくり、プレミアムワインのソラリスの赤と白の試飲もそれぞれ楽しみました(飲み過ぎ)旅先は飲んじゃいますね。赤はーーーーーー・ユヴェンタ・ルージュ果実味豊かな渋みしっかりめのワイン・信州千曲川産メルロータンニン酸味どちらも控えめ、穏やかな印象・信州東山ラ・クロワほろ酔いで失念(汗) 白はーーーーーー・信濃リースリング辛口全体的にバランスが良く華やかな香り・信州シャルドネ樽仕込香りが良かった酸味は控えめ。穏やかな印象・信濃リースリング甘口とろみがありフルーティ。蜂蜜のような香りも。あれこれ楽しんでソラリスのメルロー1本と、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンと、他気に入ったワイン2、3本購入しました。メルローは香りが閉じてる感じだったので、自宅でデキャンタに移し替えてどちらも美味しくいただきました。次はレストランを利用してみたいです。 A major winery where you can also tour the factory. The scent of Merlot seemed to be closed, so I transferred it to a decanter at home and both were delicious. Next time I would like to use the restaurant.
