18世紀末～19世紀頃建てられた切り妻造りの２階建の建物になっています。
問屋場兼ねた上田家住宅で桟瓦葺や総二階建ての建物は当時として珍しいものになります。
平成30年(2018)11月訪れた時には老朽化のため修復工事を行っていました。
