★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若い夫婦が始めた、新しい店。セリそばの冷たいものを頂きましたが、蕎麦専門店では久しぶりに食べた、甘い辛汁。驚きました。これは合いません。セリも、もう少し香りが欲しいし、薬味のワサビがチューブの練りワサビ。どこで修行されたのか？
若いのだから、もっと上を目指して頑張って欲しいものです。静岡には、蕎麦の名店が沢山あります。休みの日には、名店の食べ歩きを！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陣馬の滝の帰りに寄りました。私は天ざるそば、主人は夏の天ざる(おろし蕎麦にアナゴの天ぷら、野菜の天ぷら、ミョウガ、オクラ、梅干し) あと、だし巻き玉子を食べました。天ぷらはサクサク、付けつゆはダシが効いていて美味しかったです(*☻-☻*)お店の雰囲気もとても良かったです。
