★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦つゆが、味が良いのと 量が多い。そばはまあまあで、そこそこ美味しいから、近くの蕎麦屋が休みの木曜日に蕎麦が食べたい時に行きます。お婆さんお爺さんが話してましたが感染対策の衛生観念のエチケットは良いです。蒲原の有名ラーメン??店に行った時、皆 声も出さないでモクモクと食べていた。皆ここのラーメン愛してるんだと感じて感動した。この店も同じ臭いがする

カレー風味のほうとうです。
薄味の味付けですが、もう少しカレーの
コクがあればなと感じました。
数々のカレーほうとうを食べましたが、
今のところ、山梨県甲府市の小作甲府駅南/駅北店のみにある
カレーほうとうが一番旨いと思います。
やべさんは、そば系が評判らしいので、
次はそちらを食べよう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦はこしがやや強めの細切りです。一番粉のみの更科系だと思います。つゆはやや甘めで酸味はなくそれほど強くはありませんが、お蕎麦との相性は良いと感じました。値段は手頃で味も自分の好みに合ったので★5つにしましたが、引きぐるみの強いそばが好みの方には、物足りないかも知れません。当地域の独特な食べ方かも知れませんが、「せりそば」はおすすめメニューです。富士山の伏流水で育つ柔らかな「水ぜり」は当地の特産品だと思います。暑い夏には清涼感が増しますので、もし立ち寄る機会がありましたら、「せりそば」を一度お試し頂ければ幸いです。'21年現在、そばの大盛は200円増し（税込み）です。うどんは注文しないので御免ください。

The feeling of coolness increases in the hot summer, so if you have a chance to stop by, we would appreciate it if you could try "Seri Soba" once. As of 2009, the large serving of soba is 200 yen more (tax included). Please note that we do not order udon.

優しい味だと思いました。
おでんを頼んでみたら、味噌のかかったこんにゃくで驚きました。この辺りのおでんとはこんにゃくの事なんでしょうか？こちらも美味しかったです。
蕎麦も香り良かったです。
海老天は花揚げにして欲しいと感じました。
