じ	じじさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設は古く、スキー客用のホテルと思えば、仕方無いか。長野冬季オリンピックの写真やグッズが沢山!!スタッフの対応は暖かくファミリー向けかな! The facility is old, so if you think of it as a hotel for skiers, it can't be helped. Lots of photos and goods from the Nagano Winter Olympics !! The staff are warm and family friendly!

The customer service of the employees is wonderful. You can use the massage chair in the bathroom as much as you want. The bath is a little hot, so I think you have a preference.
