噂より全然良かった。 待ち時間は長いが、医師も看護師も事務の人もみんな愛想もよく、分からない事質問すると笑顔で答えてくれた。 外来に関しては待ち時間以外は問題ないと思う

入院している父に荷物を届けた帰り、病院併設のカフェ ぱんとエスプレッソと でひと休みしました。 このお店に耳の不自由な方が入店されると、お店の従業員さんが手話できちんと会話されていました。 楽しそうにお話ししている様子が伝わりました。 パンもコーヒーも美味しい素敵なお店で、その光景を見て、疲れも飛び、とても暖かい気持ちになりました。 病院の看護師さんの忙しい中頑張っている姿、カフェの店員さんの気持ちのいい対応 素敵な病院だと思います。 父が早く退院してここでコーヒーが飲める日が来ることを祈りました

クチコミで悪いことばかり書かれていますが、対応が悪いのは人によるのではないかと思います。 以前交通事故で夜間の救急でお世話になったのですが、色々と検査をして貰え、きちんと診察して貰えました。 これまで3人の医師にお世話になりましたが、適当に診察する医師は1人もいませんでした。 移転前の大森では受付を含め皆さん丁寧に対応して頂けてましたが、移転後の蒲田では、診療科の受付の態度がいささか横柄だと感じました。 1階で受付後、受診表を診療科の受付に出すのですが、その受付に受診表BOXがなく、事務員に渡そうとしたら「順番に案内します」と受け取って貰えませんでした。 そのまま待ち合いの椅子に座っていたのですが、混雑していたら順番なんて分からなくなるのでは? その後、わざわざ私の座っているところまで来て、「先程受付のーーー」って。 無駄な仕事してるなと思いました。 受付に受診表BOX置いてあればそんな面倒なことしなくても良いのに。 会計が自動精算機になってましたが、2台しか設置されていないため、会計待ちの行列が外まで連なってます。 自動精算機の増設を検討した方が良いと思われます。 この行列が自動精算機の真横なので、クレジットカードの暗証番号押す際、丸見えになってます。 ここも改善して欲しい所です。 あとは、病院の出入口が非常に分かりづらいです。 まだ新しいので仕方ないところはありますが、こう言う意見を汲み取って改善していって欲しいですね。

レビューが余りに酷いので、かなり心配していましたが、電話対応も受付も気になりませんでした。むしろ良かったです。受付で迷っていると向こうから案内してくださりました。 総合病院でスタッフも多いですし、人によって対応の良し悪しはあるでしょうが私は満足でした。 強いて気になった点を挙げるなら、自動化が進んでいて人によっては迷うかもと思ったくらいです。例えば入室時に看護師さんの案内は無く、モニタに表示される番号と音を注視する必要があったり、精算がマシンなので、ご高齢の方は迷いそうだなと感じました。
