★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃腸炎でふらつきながら行ったところ、『つらかったら言ってくださいね。』や『ちょっと横になってましょうか』と声をかけてくださいました。先生も説明や検査を丁寧にやってくださり、またいきたいと思いました。

私が質問したことは、病院では普通のことかもしれませんが来院される方は分からなくて質問してるので、今の受け答えではとても印象悪いです。
The teacher is a very nice person, but the reception is disappointing. I know you're busy, but even if you ask a question, it's an unfriendly answer. "Thank you."
What I asked may be normal at the hospital, but I don't know who is coming, so I don't know the answer right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生と看護師はすごくいい方々なのに、受付の対応が非常に悪くて行かなくなったクリニック。
常識的な応対がゼロ。会社じゃ雇わないレベル。
受付の二人を変えれば本当に良いクリニックなのにと思います。
Even though the teachers and nurses are very good people, the receptionist's response was so bad that they couldn't go to the clinic.
Common sense response is zero. Level not hired at the company.
I think it is a really good clinic if you change the two of the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬の処方のミスが続けて２度あったのでもう行きません
1度目は調剤薬局で薬剤師さんが規定より多い量が処方されている事に気付いて確認してくれた ２度目は診察投薬後もどんどん悪化していくのでセカンドオピニオン先で確認してもらったら規定量よりもかなり少なく処方されていた その他にも必要のない薬を処方しようとする（素人患者に指摘されるまで気づかなかった）などがあった。
ちなみに受付の対応は普通でした。

By the way, the reception was normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本予約制なので、予約なく行けば大分待たされます。それは仕方ないし、予約してても待たされることはあります。
受付の方の印象を冷たいと感じる人もいるようですが、優しそうな方の日もあれば対応がドライな方の日もあったりで色々です。ドライな方も、ありえないほどではないです。
先生は気さくで、説明はとてもわかりやすいです。分からないことあれば遠慮せず聞けました。
他のレビューを見ると色んな意見がありますが、影響受けず、あくまで参考程度にした方がいいと思います。

要領の得ない説明が多くて、びっくり。
ドクター自身で、カルテに入力していることを、2度3度とドクター自身が聞いてくる。
基本的に話を聞いていない感じが見受けられる。
受付は完全に素人もいいところで、ずっと私語をしている。
看護師の方はすごく丁寧で、もったいないと思った。
糖尿病の治療をしているのに、ドクターが肥満気味で、口臭も酷かった。
口腔衛生状態と糖尿病の関係についてわからないことに驚いた。
もう利用しない。

The doctor himself asks twice and three times that he is inputting into the medical record.
You can basically feel that you are not listening.
The receptionist is completely amateurish and always speaks private.
The nurse was very polite and thought it was a waste.

ただ、HPの運営について気になる点があります。
具合が悪くなり10月7日(日)に参りましたら休診していました。
予めHP上で休診の情報が無いことを確認して参りましたが休診の張り紙がありました。
「受付にある診察日カレンダーでのご確認を」とありますが、HPでこういったものを公開している以上はきちんと整えて欲しいです。
もしそれが出来ないのならば、公開しない方が良いのではないでしょうか。足を運んだ結果がこれでは…。
