★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に娘が39℃5分の熱が出て、食べ物も受け付けずぐったりしていたので受診しました。急患センターなので2～３時間待ちは覚悟していましたが、タイミングがよかったのか、一時間半で済みました。まず入って右にあるカウンターで問診票を書いて診察券、受給者証を添えて受付は終了、問診もすぐですが、そこからが長いです。
インフルエンザの検査は希望制です。
看護士の方は優しい年配のかたでした。

子供が休日の夜間に怪我をした恐れがあり、不安で相談したのに、症状や年齢すら聞いてくれず、やっているはずもない他院へ行けと言われました。
あまりの冷たい対応に呆然としました。
その後、こども夜間安心コールに電話してみると、大事には居たらないだろうとの事。念のため次の日急患センターを受診するようにと言われました。
親身に対応してくれて本当に安心しました。
いつ体調崩すか分からない小さな子供を持つ親の意見として、頼るはずの夜間病院がこんな対応をするのでは、この先不安すぎます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもが何かを誤飲した可能性があり、受診しました。レントゲン室まで案内してくださった看護師さんは、オロオロしている私たちに優しくお声がけをしてくださりました。また、その日の担当医の先生も優しく穏やかでレントゲン写真を隅々じっくり見て、触診や聴診もした上で「これだけ時間が経っていて元気なら安心していい」と分かりやすい説明をくださいました。
救急外来なので小児科のようなアットホームなサービスはありませんが、私はスタッフの方々のプロフェッショナルな対応に安心できました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々な小児科の先生が交替で診察するので、先生の当たり外れがあると感じた。
しっかり話を聞いてくれたうえで的確なアドバイスをしてくれる先生、話を聞くより決めつける言い方をしてこんなことで診察にくるなと言わんばかりな態度をする先生、色々です。
特に、M小児科のM先生（女医）は最悪。
鼻で笑って決めつける言い方。
こんな人に二度と診察されたくないと思った。
当番医の情報公開をしてほしい。

まず、深夜なのに待ち時間が長い。
ナースの雑談が丸聞こえ
男の先生は何言ってるか聞こえない

ただの熱とわかった瞬間、はい終わりとだけ言われ追い出されました

すごい顔をジロジロ見てくる
とにかく不快でした

事務の男性の方に熱は？と聞かれたので2時間ほど前から熱が出て現在は38.1度ですと答えたところ、お母さん話さないでこちらの質問に答えてくださいと言われました。話さないでどうやって答えるんでしょうか？
学校もずっと行けていないと言っているのに、学校でコロナの生徒さんは出ていますか？と。
マニュアルがあるのか知りませんが、こちらの話を聞いていないのでしょうか？
しかも医師でもないのに今来ても検査はできないので熱を下げる薬しか出せないと。
薬を出すかどうか、どんな検査をするかどうかは医師が診て決めることではないのでしょうか？
それならば行く意味は無いと思い、とりあえず様子を見ていく場合にはまたご連絡しますと伝えたのに、くる場合はまた電話を入れてから来てください！と言われました。
また連絡しますと言ったのは聞こえていないのでしょうか？
夜間に救急に電話をするのはそれなりに子供の体調に不安がある方がほとんどだと思います。
事務の方は人としてもう少し余裕のある対応をしていただけたらと思います。

慌てていたので言われるがまま電話をし事情を伝えたら、電話に出た看護師さん？は大きなため息をついたあと「あの、ここ内科で怪我は見てないの。他の病院に連絡して貰えます？」とバカにしたように言われてとても不快でした。
きっと同じような問い合わせがよく来るんでしょうが、こちらは不安な状態で初めての電話です。
もっと言い方があると思うんですが、そのような言い方しか出来ないんでしょうね。残念極まりないです。
